1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 small cans tomato sauce
2 c. cooked rice
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
shredded lettuce
chopped green olives
Doritos


Brown hamburger, add taco seasoning and tomato sauce and simmer. Warm Cheddar cheese soup in microwave. Layer rice, meat sauce and Doritos, shredded lettuce, cheese soup and green

Drain off the fat and discard. Break up the tomatoes and add to the ground beef with tomato sauce, salt, sugar and garlic. Simmer 20-25 minutes.
