Casseroles - Beef - Lazy Lasagna

1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
1 1/2 quarts prepared spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) carton cottage , or ricotta cheese
2-3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded or grated Parmesan cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
2-3 cloves minced garlic

Preheat oven to 350° F. and spray bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan with cooking spray.

Brown ground beef with onion and garlic, drain. Add ground beef to sauce in pan and turn on low, stir occasionally.

Prepare noodles according to pkg. directions.

Put a little sauce on bottom, make a layer of 1/2 noodles, sauce, cottage, and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle some Parmesan on top; repeat layers.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or till cheese melts.

Serve with a green salad and garlic bread or toast

1 1/2 lb. Hamburger1 onion1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste1/2 cup water1 pkg. Taco seasoning mix8 oz. Sour cream2 eggs12 flour tortillascorn chips12 oz. Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese Brown hamburger with onion. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, and water. Stir in taco seasoning mix. Simmer about 5 minutes. In a small bowl, mix 8 oz. sour cream and eggs. Spray 9x13 pan. Layer at least three layers: Tortillas, meat mixture, sour cream, corn chips, and cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to one hour, or till browned.
