Casseroles - Beef - Hamburger Casserole By Grammy

1 lb. ground beef, browned and seasoned
1 chopped onion
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrot mix
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cheddar cheese soup
1 ( about 30 0z.) large package Tater Tots


In gallon freezer bag, dump first 5 ingredients. Close bag and mix together. Attach tator tots.
Freeze together with cooking instructions attached.

Unthaw gallon bag, place contents in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Place frozen tots on top of casserole. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes, until casserole bubbles and tots are browned.

1 pound ground sirloin 2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce or pizza sauce 1 teaspoon oregano 2 cups Bisquick 1 egg 2/3 cup milk 8 slices American cheese 1 can (2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9x9x2-inch pan. Cook and stir ground beef until brown; drain. Mix in 1 can of tomato or pizza sauce and oregano. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Keep hot while preparing batter. Stir together baking mix, egg and milk. Spread half of the batter in pan. Pour remaining can of sauce over batter, spreading evenly.
