Casseroles - Beef Best Oven Hash

1 cup cooked beef -- coarsely chopped
1 cup cooked potatoes -- coarsely chopped
1/4 cup onion -- coarsely chopped
1/4 cup parsley -- minced
1 teaspoon salt
dash black pepper
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon butter or margarine -- melted


Preheat oven to 350° F.

Lightly mix the first 8 ingredients. Turn into a greased 1-quart casserole. Mix crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes.

1 small head cabbage 1 lb. hamburger 1 small onion, minced 1/3 c. rice, uncooked 1 can tomato soup 1 can water Chop cabbage into large pieces and place in crockpot. Brown hamburger and onion; pour off fat. Add rice to hamburger and stir until rice turns clear. Put rice and hamburger on top of cabbage. Cover with tomato soup mixed with 1 soupcan of water. Cook on low all day.

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef(brown and drain) 1/4 t. garlic salt 1 t. salt pepper to taste 1 T. sugar 16 oz. tomato sauce Combine above with ground beef and simmer 15 min. 4 oz. noodles, cook 5 oz. cream cheese 8 oz. sour cream 1 med. onion, minced Combine above 3 ingredients and let sit 4 hours. Layer in greased casserole 3/4 of cooked noodles. Top with meat mixture. Spread sour cream mixture over this. Top with remaining noodles and 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar. Bake 25 min. @ 325.
