Casseroles - Beef Beef And Noodle Delight By Leigh
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef(brown and drain)1/4 t. garlic salt
1 t. salt
pepper to taste
1 T. sugar
16 oz. tomato sauce
Combine above with ground beef and simmer 15 min.
4 oz. noodles, cook
5 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 med. onion, minced
Combine above 3 ingredients and let sit 4 hours.
Layer in greased casserole 3/4 of cooked noodles. Top with meat mixture. Spread sour cream mixture over this.
Top with remaining noodles and 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar. Bake 25 min. @ 325.
