Candy - Clusters Cranberry Clusters

2 c (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
2/3 dried cranberries
2/3 c cashews


Melt the chocolate chips in a saucepan or microwave oven. Stir in the cranberries and cashews. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a waxed paper lined baking sheet. Let stand until set.

Makes about 2 dozen pieces.

1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels 2 Tbl. butter 2Tbl. water 1tsp. water 3 cups broken pecans 1 pkg. chocolate chips 1/4 block paraffin Melt caramels, butter and water in top of double boiler. Remove from heat and add vanilla and pecans. Drop from a spoon onto wax paper that has been buttered or sprayed with Pam and let cool. Melt chocolate and paraffin in top of double boiler. Dip pieces of candy and let set.

12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips 11 1/4 ounces milk chocolate chips 1/4 cup butter 14 ounces can of Sweetened condensed Milk 2 teaspoons vanilla Dash salt 2 cups pecans -- coarsely chopped pecan halves optional In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips and butter with sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and salt. Remove from heat; stir in chopped pecans. Drop by teaspoonfuls into wax paper-lined baking sheets. Top with pecan halves if desired. Chill until firm.
