Candy - Bark Festive Winter Crunch Bark

1/2 Cup flaked coconut, toasted 125 ml.
1 Cup salted cashews, coarsely chopped or a "nut" of your choice 250 ml.
1 1/2 lb. white chocolate wafers 750 gr.
2 Cups crispy rice cereal 500 ml.

Toast coconut in microwave in micro-save dish for 3-4 minutes on med., stirring every minute. Coarsely chop cashews (or other nut) and mix with coconut.

Place chocolate in micro-safe bowl and heat on medium (or lower) for 3-4 minutes, stirring every minute. Take out of microwave when it's almost melted and stir until it's all melted.

Put cereal in a big bowl, and mix with the melted chocolate and half the coconut mixture, until well mixed. Spread on a large greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining coconut mix and press into chocolate. Chill for 1/2 hour. Break bark into pieces.

Store, tightly wrapped in the fridge for a couple of weeks or in the freezer until Christmas.

1 lb white chocolate1/2 cup peppermint candy- finely crushed4-7 drops red food coloringMicrowave chocolate until melted. Stir in peppermint candy and food coloring. Spread on foil lined cookie sheet (shiny side up). Let set, then break into pieces.

6 squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate 1 package (6 squares Baker's premium White Chocolate 1 cup toasted chopped nuts Microwave semi-sweet and white chocolate in separate bowls on high 2 minutes or until almost melted, stirring halfway through heating time. Stir until completely melted. Stir 1/2 cup of nut into each bowl. Alternately spoon melted chocolates onto wax paper-lined cookie sheet or tray. Swirl chocolates together with knife to marbleize. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Break into pieces. Makes about 1 pound. Note: To make chocolate bark. Prepare marble bark as directed omitting white chocolate. Use 12 squares of semi-sweet
