3 Tablespoons flour
1 cup milk (cool)
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla


Cook until thick, flour and milk, set aside Beat until creamy, shortening, margarine, sugar and vanilla; add milk mixture a little at a time, beat well.

1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls (8) 3 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 cup sour cream 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 5 eggs cinnamon few raisins Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Beat softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Beat in sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Press crescent rolls firmly over the bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add the cream cheese mixture over the crescent rolls. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a few raisins. Bake in 325° F. oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
