3 Tablespoons flour1 cup milk (cool)
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Cook until thick, flour and milk, set aside Beat until creamy, shortening, margarine, sugar and vanilla; add milk mixture a little at a time, beat well.
