Cakesandfrostings - Coffee Cake Streusel-topped Banana Coffeecake

Topping:
1/4 cup flour
3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
4 teaspoons cinnamon
dash nutmeg
2 tablespoons butter, chilled

cake:
2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup mashed bananas
1/3 cup milk at room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Cream bananas, butter, milk, vanilla and add eggs. Combine mixtures. Pour into an 8-inch pan and sprinkle top with sugar. Combine topping ingredients, breaking butter into tiny pieces. Sprinkle over top of cake. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 40-45 minutes.

Streusel Cream cheese cake Batter:1 C butter (softened) 1 C sugar 2 eggs 1/2 tsp.salt 2 C flour 2 tsp. baking powder Filling: 2 pkg 8oz each cream cheese (softened) 1 egg 1/2 c sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Topping: 1/4 c sugar 1/4 c flour 2 Tbls. butter (softened) Pre heat oven to 350.For batter,cream butter and sugar.Add eggs,beat well.Add dry ingredients.Stir to mix well.Spread 2/3 batter in bottom of 9in. springform pan.Blend Filling ingredients.Spread over batter.Cover with remaining batter.Mix topping ingredients until Crumbly. Sprinkle over batter.Bake for 45-50 min,until set.
