Cakesandfrostings - Coffee Cake Grandma Norene's Cinnamon

1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 (9 oz) Jiffy® cake mix
1 (4-serving-size) instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon



Preheat oven to 350° F. and grease an 8x8 inch pan.

In a bowl, beat eggs, water and oil together.

Add cake mix, pudding and mix thoroughly.

Pour mixture into prepared pan and top with sugar and cinnamon.

Run a knife through cake to swirl sugar mixture.

Bake for about 30 minutes or until tests done.

Cake: Bottom and Top: 1 box Yellow cake mix (about 18 oz) 1 box instant vanilla pudding (about 3.4 oz) 4 eggs 1/4 cup oil 1 cup sour cream 1/3 cup water Center layer: 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 Tbl. cocoa powder 2 tsp. cinnamon Glaze: 1 cup confectioner's sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 Tbl. hot water Preheat oven to 350° F.Beat cake ingredients well. In separate bowl, stir together center layer ingredients until no more lumps. Prepare a 9x13" pan. Pour in half of the cake, spread to cover, if necessary. Sprinkle on all of the cocoa mixture.
