12 vanilla wafers 2 (8oz) packages cream cheese (softened) 1/2 C. sugar 1tsp. vanilla 2 eggs Preheat oven to 325.Line muffin tin with foil liners. Place one wafer in each liner. Mix cream cheese, vanilla & sugar on med. speed until well blended. Add eggs and mix well. Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from pan when cool. Chill, then top with cherries or whatever kind of fruit you desire.

12 vanilla wafers 2 8oz each blocks of cream cheese 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla 2 eggs Line muffin tins with FOIL liners (those that have foil cupcake cup with pastel liner are the best). Place one vanilla wafer in each liner. Mix cream cheese, vanilla & sugar on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs. Mix well. Pour over wafers filling about 3/4 full. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from pan when cool. Chill well. Top with favorite pie filling (blueberry, raspberry, etc). Makes 12.
