2 cups water2 cups raisins
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs
2 TBSP. Sweet -n-Low
3/4 cup oil
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Vanilla
Cook raisins in water until water evaporates. Mix with applesauce and eggs and add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
