Cakesandfrostings - Cake Spice Swirl Cake
1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding4 eggs
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Combine first 5 ingredients in large mixer bowl. Blend, the beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
Mix last 3 ingredients. Pour 2/3 of batter in 10 inch tube pan.
Sprinkle with sugar mix, then add remaining batter. Zigzag spatula through batter to combine. Bake 50 - 55 minutes at 350 degrees.
