Cakesandfrostings - Cake Pumpkin Pie Cake By Pah

1 box Yellow Cake Mix (remove 1 C.)
1 Stick Margarine, melted
1 Egg, beaten

Mix together with a fork. Press into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan and set aside.

Filling:
1 Large Can Pumpkin (29 oz.)
3 Eggs, beaten
1/2 C. Brown Sugar, packed
1/4 C. Sugar
2/3 C. Evaporated Milk
1 1/2 t. Cinnamon

Mix filling ingredients together and pour over prepared cake mix in pan.

Topping:

1 C. Reserved Cake Mix
1/2 C. Sugar
3/4 C. Chopped Nuts (optional)
1/2 Stick Margarine, cold

1 (29 oz.) can of pumpkin puree 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk 3 eggs 1 cup white sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 Tblsp. + 1 tsp. pumpkin spice 1 (18 1/2 oz.) package yellow cake mix 3/4 cup butter 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease one 9"x13" cake pan (preferably metal.) In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar salt and pumpkin spice. Mix well. Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the pumpkin mixture. Melt the butter and drizzle it over the cake. Sprinkle walnuts

1 spice cake mix (can substitute yellow cake mix) 1 (16 oz.) can Libby's® pumpkin ingredients listed on back of can as for making pie filling 3/4 cup butter, melted 1 to 2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans Preheat oven to 350° F.Mix pumpkin and ingredients listed on back of can as for pie filling, mix well. Pour mixture into 9 x 13 baking pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top of filling, sprinkle evenly. Drizzle melted butter evenly over top of dry cake mix; sprinkle with nuts. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 50-55 minutes.
