Cakesandfrostings - Cake Orange Cooler

1 Pkg. Duncan Hines Orange Cake Mix
1 1/4 cups water
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 T. grated lemon peel
1 T. grated orange peel
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. orange juice
1/2 cup sugar

Heat oven 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10" tube or bundt pan.

Cake directions:

Combine cake mix, water, eggs, oil, and grated lemon or orange peel. Beat till thoroughly mixed. Bake for 45-55 minutes.

Immediately turn cake out on rake and set over a shallow pan or over wax paper.

GLAZE:
Combine in a small saucepan:
Juice from the lemon and orange and 1/3 cup of sugar

Simmer for 3 minutes. Drizzle over warm cake.

Cool completely before serving. Best if served cold.
