1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick margarine
4 eggs
1 small can mandarin oranges with juice

Icing
1 9 ounce cool whip
1 small or med can crushed pineapple with juice
1 3 ounce pk vanilla instant pudding mix
1 cup pecans

Combine and beat cake ingedients 3 mins and bake in 9X13 pan for 40 to 45 mins at 350 degrees.

Icing
Mix ingredients and spread on cake. Refrigerate.
