Preheat oven to 350
Grease and flour 9x13 pan

l box fudge marble cake mix
2 lbs ricotta cheese
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
l t vanilla
One 3-l/2 oz box instant chocolate pudding
l cup milk
One 8 oz carton cool whip

Mix cake as directed on box. Pour into prepared pan.

In separate bowl, combine ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla and mix well. Spoon over top of unbaked cake.

1 box chocolate cake mix 2 lb. ricotta cheese 4 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Combine cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Mix well and spread on top of unbaked cake. Bake at 325* for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tests done. After baking, the cheese layer will sink to bottom of cake. Let cool completely. Topping: 1 small box instant chocolate pudding mix 1 c. milk 1 (8 oz.) cool whip, thawed Mix well and spread on cooled cake.
