Cakesandfrostings - Cake Black Velvet Cake By Gail1935

1 pkg. chocolate fudge cake mix
3-oz pkg chocolate fudge instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 pint sour cream
1 (12-oz) package semi-sweet chocolate chips


Mix all ingredients, adding 1/3 of the chocolate chips. Pour into lightly greased bundt pan, alternating layers of batter and chocolate chips, starting with the batter. Bake in 350 oven 50 to 60 minutes. When cake is cool, remove from pan and dust with powdered sugar or top with whipped cream. Garnish with strawberries in the summer.

1 1/2 c. sliced almonds, slightly toasted 12 oz. mini chocolate chips 1 Devil's food cake mix 1 instant chocolate pudding mix (3 1/2 oz) 4 eggs 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. water 1/4 c. oil 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. almond extract 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/4-1/2 c. Kahlua Sprinkle 1/2 c. almonds on bottom of greased bundt pan. Set aside rest of almonds and chocolate chips. Combineremaining ingredients in mixer bowl. Fold in almonds and chocolate chips, then pour into bundt pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 60-70 minutes. Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan. Puncture cake
