Cajunandcreole - Gumbo - Ham Skillet Gumbo

2 cups Diced cooked ham
1 cup Chopped green bell pepper
1 cup Chopped onions
1 pkg. Cut okra(10 oz)
1 can Tomatoes (15 oz)
1 cup Chicken broth
1 cup Water
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black or cayenne pepper
Tony Chachere's seasoning to taste
Basil and Oregano to taste
1 cup Uncooked rice


Combine all ingredients except rice in a large, heavy skillet; bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in rice and simmer, covered, 20 minutes longer, or until rice is tender.
