3 egg yolks - beaten1 1/2 cups milk
1 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 egg whites - beaten
Combine egg yolks & milk.
Stir in flour, salt, baking powder & sugar. Add oil.
Fold in egg whites. Don't overmix.
Pour 1 cup batter onto waffle iron.
