Breakfastandbrunches - Pancakes Robin Nest Pancakes By Hilltop

2 c. Bisquick
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped peaches
1 tbsp peach schnapps
Powdered sugar
Vermont real maple syrup

Mix all ingredients together & cook on preheated griddle until bubbly then flip.

Makes eight 6" pancakes.

To serve, sift powdered sugar over and pass Vermont maple syrup.
