3 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
2 Tbspns melted butter or oil
2 Tablespoons flour or corn meal

With a small mixer or blender beat eggs'add cottage cheese and mix till fairly smooth. Add shortening and flour.

Make cakes on the smallish side. Bake as usual for pancakes.
