Breakfastandbrunches - Oatmeal - Baked Oatmeal By Scooby

2 cups oatmeal
2 cups milk
4 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1/2 to 1 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
cinnamon, dried fruit, nuts to taste


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix together in bowl, spray casserole with Pam and pour mixture in it. It will look like soup. Refrigerate over night. Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour.
