24 Rhodes rolls, thawed but still cold
2 egg whites
1/3 cup non-fat flavored coffee creamer (I used Vanilla Toffee Caramel)
3 Tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup pecan pancake syrup

Cut rolls in half.

Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl.

Dip rolls in mixture and place in large bundt pansprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Cover bundt pan and left over mixture with plastic wrap and refridgerateboth overnight.

In the morning, remover wrap and slowly pour leftover mixture over rolls.

Sprinkle with about 3 tablespoons ofbrown sugar...and chopped pecans.

Cover and let rise at room temp. until rolls almost reach the top of the pan.

Remove wrap and baked at 350 for 35 minutes. Do not underbake.

Remove from oven and immediately invert onto serving platter.

French Toast:1 cup brown sugar or 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup butter 2 large tart apples-peeled & sliced 1/4" thick 6 eggs 1 cup milk 1 tsp. vanilla 9 slices day old French Bread cut 3/4" thick Syrup for Topping: 1 cup applesauce 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/8 tsp. ground cloves In saucepan or microwave cook sugar and butter until thick, about 5-7 minutes. Pour into ungreased 13x9 baking pan. Arrange apples on top. In a mixing bowl beat eggs, milk, and vanilla. Dip bread into egg mixture for 1 minute.Place over apples. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
