Breakfastandbrunches - Butter Baboon Butter
1 large ripe banana -- mashed1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped dates or raisins -- optional
Combine and mix well. Use as a spread on toast or as a sandwich filling.

NOTES : This is great for a quick "on-the-run" breakfast....spread on toasted English muffin or bagel.

6 eggs 1 cup milk 6 ounces cheddar cheese, grated 1 pound sausage or bacon Frozen hash brown patties Line an 8x8-inch glass baking dish with frozen hash browns. Sprinkle hash browns with fried, drained and crumbled sausage or bacon. Mix together eggs and milk. Pour over meat and hash browns. Top with grated cheddar cheese. 1 10 oz. package frozen strawberries, thawed 1/2 lb. soft sweet unsalted butter 1 cup confectioner's sugar Important: Be sure that thawed strawberries and sweet butter are at room temperature. Put all ingredients in blender container in order listed. Cover and run on high until completely smooth. If necessary, stop blender during processing and push ingredients toward blades with a rubber spatula. Chill. A perfect spread for toast, muffins, and waffles. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
