2 pkg. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz) cream cheese
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c melted butter
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon


Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9X12 pan with Pam.

Spread 1 pkg crescent rolls on bottom of pan, Mix both cream cheeses, 1 c sugar and vanilla. Spread over crescent roll. Layer the other crescent roll pkg over cream cheese. Spread melted butter on top.

Mix 1/2 c sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle on top. Bake for 30 min. Let cool. Then refrigerate.

2 cups biscuit/baking mix 2/3 cup milk 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 egg 1 cup finely shredded mild cheddar cheese 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a bowl, combine biscuit mix, milk, oil and egg just until moistened. Fold in cheese and bacon. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 375 for 20 min. or until golden brown. Cool for 10 min ; remove from pan to a wire rack. YIELD: about 1 dz.
