Bread - Sweet Bread Strawberry Nut Bread
4 eggs1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. nuts
Defrost berries. Beat eggs in a bowl until fluffy; add oil, sugar, berries. Sift flour, cinnamon, soda, salt in a bowl;add strawberry mixture, mix until blended.
Stir in nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Cool inpans 10 minutes, then turn out of pans to cool on racks.
Makes 2 loaves. Bread slices best when chilled.

In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda.Set aside in small bowl Beat eggs and vegetable oil.Add pecans and strawberries. Add this mixture to dryingredients. Mix until just well blended. In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients until smooth. Grease and flour 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan.
