2/3 c water
4 eggs,beaten
1 16 oz can pumpkin
3 1/3 c flour
2 c sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp ginger

Preheat oven to 325 and grease 2 loaf pans

Combine oil, water, eggs and pumpkin until well mixed Set aside

Combine all other ingredients. Add the liquid ingredients to this dry mixture Stir just until well blended.
