Bread - Sweet Bread Plantian Peanut Bread

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 egg
1 cup milk

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add peanut butter, mix until crumbly.
2. In small bowl, combine egg, and milk, mix well. add to peanut butter mixture. Mix till moistened. Pour batter into greased loaf pan.

Bake at 325º for 50 minutes., or till tests done. cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
