Bread - Sweet Bread Grandma's Zucchini

2 cups Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/3 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Salt
3 cups Sifter Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder

Mix all that together well, then mix in...

3 eggs, beaten until lemon colored
1 cup oil
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 cups grated unpeeled zucchini
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup raisins


Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. and grease and flour pans.

Mix well together. Fold in raisins and nuts.

Pour into well greased and floured pan.

Bake at 325 for 50-60 minutes.

Makes 2 loaf pans, one angel food or bundt pan.

2 cups sifted flour 1 cup sugar 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 cup butter or margarine 1 egg, beaten 1 teaspoon grated orange peal 3/4 cup orange juice 1 1/2 cups light raisins 1 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda into a large bowl. Cut in butter until mixture is crumlly. Add egg, orange peel and orange juice all at once; stir just until mixture is evenly moist. Fold in the raisins and cranberries. Spoon into a 9 x5 x 3 inch loaf

3/4 c margarine 1 box yellow cake mix 1 20 oz can apple pie filling 1/4 c sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1 c sour cream 2 egg yolks Preheat to 350. Cut margarine into dry cake mix until crumbly. Pat mixture into ungreased 13 x 9 pan, building up the sides slightly. Bake for 10 minutes. Arrange pie filling on warm crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over apples. Blend sour cream and egg yolks; drizzle over apple mixture.
