Bread - Sweet Bread Cranberry By Connie

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tea. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tea. baking soda
1/2 tea. salt
1/3 cup orange juice
1 cup chopped apples
1 cup cranberry sauce
1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt.

Add dry ingred. alternately with orange juice to egg mixture.

Beating just until blended. Fold in apples, cranberry sauce and walnuts.

Turn into greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees 55 minutes, or until loaf tests done with wooden pick inserted in center.

2 pkgs. crescent rolls 1 egg yolk (save white) 1 c. sugar 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 tsp. vanilla Topping: 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. slivered almonds, optional Use 1 pkg. crescent rolls to line a 9x13-inch pan, sealing perforations. Combine egg yolk, sugar, cream cheese and vanilla and spread mixture over dough. Unroll second pkg. of crescent rolls and place over cheese mixture. Beat egg white and spread on top.Topping: Combine 1/4 c. sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top.

31/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup packed brown sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 3/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 2 eggs 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin puree 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 Tbsp. grated orange zest 2 Tbsp. chopped nuts 1/2 tsp. ground cloves Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Grease and flour two 81/2x41/2 inch loaf pans. Combine the flour , brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and ground cloves in a large bowl and mix well.
