Bread - Sweet Bread Brunch Loaves

8 ounce package chopped dates
1 package Pillsbury Plus Lemon Cake Mix
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/3 cup margarine or butter softened
1/4 cup water
3 eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons margarine or butter melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease and flour two 8 x 4 or 9 x 5 inch loaf pans.

Finely chop dates; set aside.

In large bowl, combine cake mix, sour cream, margarine, water and eggs and beat at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at highest speed.

Stir in dates. Divide between prepared pans.

Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool 15 minutes in pan, then remove. Cool completely.

Combine sugar and cinnamon.

1 box of butter pecan cake mix 1/2 cup oil 1 cup hot water 4 eggs 1 package instant coconut pudding 1/4 cup chopped pecans oven to 350° F.Mix together well and put in 2 greased loaf pans. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes Variation: You can also make Poppy Seed Lemon Bread using same method but use lemon cake mix, instant lemon pudding, omit nuts and instead add 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds

1 bag frozen dinner rolls ( you will use 18-20) 1 small box butterscotch instant pudding 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1 stick butter Spray a bundt pan with Pam. Line the bottom with your frozen rolls.(18-20)Pour the box of pudding over the rolls. Pour the brown sugar next, then the pecans, and then pour the melted butter over last!
