Bread - Rolls No Kneadd Refrigerator Rolls

2 pkgs. yeast
2 cups warm water
1/4 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. salt
6 1/2 to 7 cups of flour
1 egg
Greased Bowl

Preheat oven to 400.

Dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar, salt and 1/2 cup of flour. Beat 2 minutes.

Add egg and shortening. Mix remaining flour until dough is easy to handle.

Place in greased bowl in refrigerator for two hours, punching down dough as it rises.

Two hours before baking shape into desired rolls.

1 loaf frozen white bread dough 1/4 cup fine bread crumbs 1/4 teaspoon salt Thaw dough at room temperature for several hours. On a lightly floured flat surface roll dough to form a cylinder about 2 inches in diameter. Combine bread crumbs and salt. Roll dough on crumb mixture. Cut into 11/2 inches pieces. Lay cut out side in a greased cookie sheet. Cover with a dish cloth and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Preheat over to 400ºF. Bake rolls for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

2 packages yeast -- not instant 1 cup warm water 2 cups hot water 3/4 cup oil 1/4 cup honey 2 teaspoons sea salt -- * see note 2 eggs -- beaten 6 cups whole-wheat flour -- unsifted Dissolve yeast in the 1 cup warm water in large bowl. Allow to stand for about 5 minutes. Add the hot water, oil, honey, salt, and beaten eggs. Mix well. Add flour gradually. Mixture will be sticky, but do not knead. Cover and chill overnight (this is very important). Preheat oven to 425° F.Shape into rolls and place in greased pans. Bake in
