Bread - Popovers Orange

1 C flour
2 eggs
1 TBSP butter melted
1/4 tsp salt
1 C plus 2 TBSP milk
2 TBSP sugar
1 tsp orange rind

Preheat oven to 450.

Combine all in a blender till smooth. Put in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight. Spray popover pan with oil. Fill each tin 3/4 full.

1 1/4 c. warm water 1 T. sugar 1 T. salt 4 c. unsifted flour Egg white Course salt Preheat oven to 450.Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, salt and 4 c. flour. Mix well. Shape peices of dough into large fat pretzels on cookie sheet. Thin beaten egg white with 1 teaspoon water and brush each pretzel. Sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.

2 tbls. (1/4 stick) unsalted butter, melted 2 cups milk 2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted 1 teaspoon salt 4 eggs, lightly beaten. Preheat oven to 450F. Butter and lightly flour 10 muffin cups. Whisk together the butter, milk, flour and salt until smooth. Whisk in the beaten eggs, a little at a time, until incorporated. Do *not* over beat the batter … it should have the consistency of heavy cream. Fill the prepared muffin/ popover pans with the batter. Bake 15 minutes. Without opening the oven, lower the temp to 350 F and bake popovers 15-20 minutes longer.
