Bread - Herb-garlic Monkey Bread

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons yeast
4 cloves garlic -- minced
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
4 tablespoons melted butter

Mix and knead, in bread machine or by hand: water, sour cream, flour, salt, 1 1/2 Tbs. butter, sugar
and yeast.

When dough has risen, divide into about 40 small pieces.

Combine herbs and melted butter. Dip each piece in butter mixture and layer in a 9"x5"x3" loaf pan.

Raise until doubled. Bake @ 375° for 15-20 minutes. Turn out immediately.

Stir milk, yeast mixture, salt, and 1/2 cup butter together. Gradually add flour. Oil a bowl, or use vegetable spray. Form dough into a ball and place in bowl, make sure to turn dough over so that the top is also oiled. Let rise for about 1 hour til double in size. Punch down

1/2 cup granulated sugar 3 teaspoons cinnamon 1/2 cup butter 1 cup brown sugar(packed) 1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese 2 (12-oz.) cans refrigerated biscuits (10 count) 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. Mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon. In a saucepan melt the butter and brown sugar over low heat, stirring well; set aside. Cut the cream cheese into 20 cubes. Press the biscuits out with your finger and sprinkle each with 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon sugar. Place a cube of cream cheese in the center of
