Bread - Croutons Seasoned

1/2 cup Vegetable oil
2 teaspoons Mrs. Dash (or any salt-free seasoning)
4 cups Day-old french bread, cubed

Heat oven to 425 degrees.

Mix oil and seasoning in a large bowl until blended.

Add bread cubes; toss until coated and oil is absorbed.

Spread in pan and bake, stirring twice, 8 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.

1 loaf unsliced white/italian bread, crusts removed and cut into 6" x 1" x 1" sticks Olive oil Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 375.Spray cookie sheet with Pam and place bread sticks evenly. Brush each with olive oil and sprinkle liberally with the parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 minutes, then turn over and brush with a bit more oil and sprinkle with more cheese.
