Bread - Crepes - Crepes By Mindy

1 cup flour
1 egg lightly beaten
1 cup milk approx
1/2 tsp baking powder


Sieve flour into medium bowl. Make well in centre. Gradually whisk or stir in egg and milk to make a smooth batter. Alternately, combine flour egg and milk in a blender or processor and blend till mixture is combined and smooth.

Heat heavy pan for a few minutes till very hot. Add half tsp butter or use a cooking spray. Pour 2-3 tbls of batter from jug into centre of pan, quickly tilt pan so batter runs to edge. Cook till golden and then place on cloth or brown other side.

1 cup Bisquick 1 cup (plus some) Milk 1 egg Mix, and you can use right away. You can add a little sugar if you like. I have a crepe pan, but also use an 8 inch skillet. Just make sure that it is hot, use a little spray Pam, or shortening on a paper towel before you put about a quarter cup of mix in and swirl. Flip crepe and finish.
