Preheat oven to 375. Grease cookie sheet.

INGREDIENTS:
1 3/4 C. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Blend the above.

CUT IN:
1/4 C. margarine until little grainy bits look at you.

MIX IN:
1 C. grated old cheddar.

MAKE DOUGH:
Then with a fork mix in 1 C milk until it forms a dough. Don't over mix.

Squish together with your hands and then drop by a spoonful onto a greased cookie sheet. Makes well over a dozen bisquits.

2-1/4 cups BISQUICK baking mix 2/3 cup milk 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar, Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese Preheat oven to 450 degees. Grease a cookie sheet. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until a soft dough forms; beat 30 seconds. If dough is too sticky, gradually stir in enough baking mix (up to 1/4 cup) to make dough easy to handle. Turn dough onto a surface that is well dusted with baking mix; gently roll to coat. Shape into ball; knead 10 times.Roll 1/2" thick. Cut with a 2" cutter dipped in baking mix. Place on cookie sheet. 2 cups all-purpose flour 3 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup shortening 1 1/4 cups plain yogurt 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped Heat oven to 450F and grease cookie sheets. In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; blend well. Using pastry blender or fork, cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add yogurt, cheese, and chives; stir just until moistened. Drop dough by generous tablespoons onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 450F for 9 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown; serve warm.
