Bread - Abm Corn Muffin Bread

3/4 cup water -- or more
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 Tbs. powdered milk
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. Crisco
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Cups bread flour
1/2 Cup cornmeal
1 1/2 tsp. yeast


Add ingredients in order per mfg. instructions. Bake on basic cycle.

1/2 cup water 1 cup cottage cheese 2 Tblsp. butter or margarine 1 egg 1 Tblsp. white sugar 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 3 cups bread flour 2-1/2 tsp. active dry yeast Add the ingredients to your bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer, and start. Converting a handmade recipe for use in a bread machine is fairly simple. Almost all handmade recipes make 2 loaves of bread. To convert the recipe simply cut the ingredients in half. So if the recipe called for 1/4 Cup of whatever, you would use 1/8 Cup, etc. The only thing that you don't cut in half is the yeast. I use between 2 and 2-1/2 tsp. of yeast per bread machine recipe.
