Bread - Abm Cinnamon Raisin Bread By Bill

1 1/4 Cups water
1 Tbsp. powdered milk
2 Tbsp. shortening (I use margarine)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3 1/4 Cups white flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. yeast
Add: 1/4 C. raisins when the "add ingredient" beeper beeps.


Measure first 8 ingredients into baking pan as recommended by manufacturer, probably in the order listed here. Select "Sweet Bread" setting.
