Beansandgrains - Salad Tabbouleh

1 cup bulghur (Cracked wheat) soaked for 10 minutes or so in cold water.
2 large ripe tomatoes, diced
3 spring onions, Finely sliced.
a large handful of parsley, chopped
a large handful of mint leaves, chopped.
Juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbspn Olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper.


Drain bulghur and squeeze hard, tip into a bowl and add other ingredients.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3 Tbsp. oil 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 (16oz). can kidney beans, drained 1 (16 oz.) can wax beans, drained 1 (16oz.) can French style green beans, drained 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup undrained chopped pimento Combine oil, vinegar, sugar and salt in a large bowl; mix well.
