1 teaspoon butter or margarine1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
1 1/3 cups fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
2/3 cup uncooked couscous
Melt butter in a med. saucepan over med. heat. Add curry powder and allspice; cook 1 min., stirring constantly. Add broth; bring to a boil. Stir in couscous. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 min. Fluff
with a fork.
Serving size: 1 cup- 201 cal, 2.4g fat, 8.3g pro, 36.4g carb, 1.9g fiber, 5mg chol, 344mg sod.
