Asian - Sweet And Sour Sauce By Dayle Bc

1 c. pineapple chunks
1 piece of carrot thinly sliced
1 green pepper cut into 1 in. squares
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 small can tomato paste

Combine cornstarch with 1 c. of cold water, using a wok or pot, mix, except for veggies and pineapple, the other ingredients and over high heat, stir constantly until cooked.

1/3 c brown sugar 1 tsp dry mustard 1/2 c crushed pineapple 1/4 c water salt to taste pepper to taste 1 tbsp cornstarch 1/3 c vinegar 1/4 c ketchup 1 tbsp soy sauce Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened.

1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1 tablespoon corn starch 1 can (13 or 1/4 oz) pineapple tidbits 1/3 cup vinegar 1 Tbls soy sauce 1 small green pepper, coarsely chopped Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in skillet. Stir in pineapple (with syrup), vinegar and soy sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat. Cover; simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes, or until sauce thickens to your desired thickness. Stir in green pepper. Cover and simmer for about two more minutes.
