Asian - Shredded Pork W Garlic Sauce

2/3 lb. fillet of pork
2 tbsp. soy bean sauce,divided
2 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. wine,divided
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. cornstarch divided
3 tbsp. + 6 c. oil,divided
5 water chestnuts
2 tbsp. broad bean paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. garlic paste
1 tbsp. minced ginger
2 tbsp. minced green onion

Shred pork, add pork shreds with 1 tablespoon soy bean sauce, 2 tablespoons water, 2 tablespoons wine, 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1 tablespoon oil. Mix well.

Cut water chestnuts in thin slices. Heat 6 cups oil in the pan. Place pork slices in, fry until it turns white; drain.

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter 2 tsp. brown sugar 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 red pepper 1 clove garlic 1 lb. cubed pork loin Blend peanut butter with brown sugar, lemon juice, red pepper and garlic. Add pork cubes; toss them good and put in cold overnight. Put pork cubes on skewers. Broil for 15 to 25 minutes or well done.
