Asian - Sauce Hot Marmalade Sauce By Hortense

1/2 Cup Orange Marmalade
1/2 Teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 Teaspoon molasses
6 dashes Tobasco sauce (4 to 6 - to your taste)
pinch of cinnamon and pinch of cumin.

Combine all in a small bowl, and blend well.

MAUI TERIYAKI MARINADE SAUCE 1/8 teaspoon ginger 2 garlic cloves, slivered 1-1/2 cup sugar 1 cup catsup 1 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup sherry Mix all ingredients together (I use a blender). Ingredients~ 4 tablespoons Soy sauce - light or dark 2 tablespoons peanut butter 2 tablespoons black bean paste 1 tablespoon honey OR molasses 2 tablespoons white vinegar 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 2 teaspoons sesame seed oil 20 drops Chinese-style Hot Sauce 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Method~ Simply mix all together by hand. At first it will not appear like it will mix, but keep at it, just a little longer and you have hoisin.
