Asian - Pork - Pineapple Pork Chops

4 loin chops -- cut 3/4" thick
salt and pepper -- to taste
1 Cup pineapple chunks -- drain, reserve liquid
3/4 Cup Pineapple Syrup (Reserved)
1/4 Cup honey
2 Tablespoons wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 Teaspoon powdered ginger
2 green onions -- sliced
1 Green Pepper -- cut in thin strips

Trim excess fat from chops; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown in large skillet Arrange chops in bottom of crockpot.

Combine remaining ingredients except green onions and pepper strips; pour over chops. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Halfway through cooking add green onions and peppers. Thicken juices with 1 ml. cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water, if desired.

4 slabs baby back riblets 4 Tbs. five peppercorn mix, freshly cracked 1-1/2 cups sesame oil 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 3 Tbs. chopped green onion 1 Tbs. fresh chopped cilantro 1 Tbs. fresh chopped garlic 2 Tbs. honey 3/4 Tbs. ground ginger Combine peppercorn mix, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, onion, cilantro, garlic, honey and ginger. Mix well. Marinate ribs in mixture for 4 hours, turning frequently. Remove ribs from marinade and smoke-cook at 225F to 1-1/2 to 2 hours, or until tender. Remove from smoker and serve with
