Appetizers - Wraps - Party Pinwheels

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Cream cheese - softened at room temp. about 2 hrs
1 medium onion - chopped
Flour tortilla shells
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
Chopped Vegetables (such as olives, green peppers, broccoli, cauliflower)


Mix with beaters the softened cream cheese, onion, and dressing mix. Spread thick onto tortilla shells.

Sprinkle on your favorite vegetables. Roll up shells. Chill for at least 2 hours.

Slice and serve.

8 ounces cream cheese 1 envelope ranch cracked pepper salad dressing 1/2 cup stuffed olives, sliced 1/2 cup celery, chopped fine 1/4 cup green onions, chopped fine 1/4 cup red peppers, chopped fine 4 burrito-size tortillas (refrigerator section) Parsley for garnish Mix cream cheese, salad dressing, olives, celery, green onions, and red peppers until smooth. 1 refrig. pizza crust 2 TBS sour cream 2 tsp dijon mustard 1 tsp horseradish 6 oz ham 3 oz cheddar cheese(I used swiss cheese) 1/2 cup onion(I omitted) Spread dough out. Preheat oven to 425.Mix sour cream, mustard and horseradish. spread mixture evenly over dough. arrange meat over dough and sprinkle with cheese and onion. roll up and seal. Bake 15 min. until golden brown. cool and cut into 10 pieces.
