Appetizers - Vegetable Spanish Olives Marinated With Garlic And Herbs

1/2 pound mixed olives
1/4 cup olive oil
2 large cloves garlic sliced thin
Sprigs of fresh rosemary or oregano
1/2 small lemon,
Black pepper


Zest lemon and then cut strips into very thing strips.

Combine with everything else and put into a pot with a lid.

Leave to marinate for at least four hours at room temperature.
