Appetizers - Snack Mix - Mexican Mix

2 Small Cans French Fried Onion Rings
1 Package Mild Taco Seasoning Mix
2 Cups Bite Size Cereal
2 Large Cans Potato Sticks
1 (9 oz.) Can Peanuts
1/2 Cup Melted Oleo


Mix onions, potato sticks, peanuts and cereal in a baking pan. Drizzle with melted oleo and stir well. Sprinkle seasoning evenly over mixture and mix well. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.
Serve in a bowl as a snack.

4 cups assorted shredded wheat or chex cereals 4 cups small pretzel sticks 4 cups tortilla chips 1 package taco seasoning mix 1/4 cup margarine, melted Combine all ingredients except margarine in a large bowl, tossing to coat well with seasoning. Drizzle with melted margarine and toss to coat well. Store in an airtight container. Makes 12 cups.

3 tablespoons butter 1/4 cup hot sauce 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 cans Durkee's® French fried onions 2 cans Durkee's® potato sticks 2 cups Corn Chex® 1 cup mini twist pretzels In the oven, at 250° F, melt butter in a 10 x 15-inch pan.
