Appetizers - Seafood Tuna-lemon Stuffed Shells

1 (6oz) can tuna, drained and flaked
1 (3oz) pkg. softened cream cheese
zest of 1/2 lemon
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4cup chopped green onions
cherry tomatoes shells, celery and/or miniature cream puffs

Combine the first 6 ingredients and fill desired shells with filling.

Knox gelatine 1 c. skim milk 1 chicken bouillon cube 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. lime juice 4 ice cubes 12 oz. tuna 1 medium cucumber, chopped,unpeeled 1 tsp. onion flakes Sprinkle gelatine over milk in pan. Let stand 2 minutes. Add chicken bouillon; heat over low heat until dissolved.Pour into blender. Add mayo and lime juice; blend. Add ice cubes 1 at a time. Stir in tuna, cucumber and onion.

1/2 Cup butter 1/2 medium onion, minced 8 ounce pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained 7 ounces fresh or canned crabmeat 3/4 Cup parmesan cheese, grated melba rounds, or assorted crackers Slowly melt butter in a heavy sauce pan. Add onion; saute until soft. Add spinach to onion mixture. Add crabmeat and cheese. Transfer to a chafing dish and serve with melba rounds, or crackers. Makes 6 servings.
